Beneath each emotional, health, and spiritual challenge we face in life lies a story. In this experiential workshop you are invited to uncover these stories and discover the hidden treasures of hope, meaning, and even humor within your stories. We will explore through creative exercises the use of story to enhance the healing of body, mind, and soul, for ourselves and others. We will learn ways of bringing to our lives and our stories the wisdom found in traditional folk tales. Listening to and telling stories will offer possibilities for growth as we reflect on the stories discovered in this workshop.
